Guild Tariffs

Only the Top 5 Guilds (24 hour rolling) are exempt from Paymaster taxes now.

Top Guilds have their members marked in Orange names ingame - their members are MARKED - they lose all items on death, making them prime targets for solo players or smaller guilds looking to climb the rankings. Guilds #6-25 have a sliding scale of taxes, while smaller guilds take the full tax. The Top guilds ranking is calculated based on the last 24hr of Royal Favor earnings by the guild (see Rolling 24hr leaderboard for Guilds for your guild's placement). Coming Soon: 0% Split Guild member contributions are halved when calculating Guild Leaderboard rankings, with ability to renegotiate % split with guild members.

Leaving a guild will put you on a 24hr cooldown before you can join any guild again. If you are marked as being in a Top 5 Guild (with Orange name), leaving a guild will continue to mark you for 24hr.

Guild Chest History

For Guilds with extensive Guild Chest log histories, these should now be fixed.

Disconnections, Lag

We are preparing to update to a new server setup in the next few days. We've also pushed a few potential fixes to the disconnections that we will be debugging.

Skill Changes

  • Magic:

    • Fire Spells:

      • Burn damage multiplier reduced by 4%. (12.5% -> 8.5%)

      • Burn chance is now effected by Enhanced Power (Magic mastery)

        • 30% -> 52.5% @ 200 stress with T5 Enhanced Power

    • Frost Spells: CC duration decreased by 0.4s

      • Freeze CC bug fixed

    • Teleblock changes

      • Teleblock no longer prevents players from entering & exiting dungeons

      • Telebock will no longer prevent players from using agility shortcuts

  • Prayer

    • Bones Experience: 320 -> 480

    • Big Bones Experience: 800 -> 960

    • Chaos Altar changes:

      • Bones are consumed 2x faster at the Bone Altar: 1.5s -> 0.75s

      • Increased prayer experience gained from Bone Altar from 50% -> 100%

        • Tip: Chaos altar grants bonus prayer experience when using a stack of bones on the Altar.

        • You also have a 50% chance to not consume the bone but still be granted experience

  • Agility

    • All agility shortcuts, dungeon entrances, and mines entrances are now a Timed Action (with progress bar) and can be interrupted.

      • It takes between 0.35 seconds and 3 seconds to use these, scaling on your Agility level

      • Dungeon Entrance / Exit can now be used even if you are teleblocked

Misc Changes

  • Attacking other player now marks you as Skulled (Outlaw / red name) in Tier 5, like the other regions

  • Added Play button to Gold Rush Dashboard

  • Max Zoom slightly reduced

Bug Fixes

  • Items on Death now only prioritizes the value of a single item instead of a stack of items for now

    • This prevents issues where a stack of fungible items was being kept on death vs expensive armor or weapons

  • Fixed a few exploits around Stress Items - keeping them in inventory after entering a safe zone

  • Warning message in chat now shows when you try to shoot using a bow with no arrows equipped

  • Major Performance improvements to Trading Post

  • F2P Guild Members cannot sacrifice orbs to the Holy Altar

  • Fix Fishing exploits that were causing server lag

  • Better handling of safeguards during lag spikes for disconnections, player death

  • Airdrop artifacts to players affected by the temporary Artifact bug

  • Fix Antipoison Potion - should give poison immunity after usage

  • Fix issue with enchanted dragonsteel bolt effects not triggering correctly

  • Fix an issues where Reward Index was not saved when you logged out or disconnected

  • Fixes a bug where Enhanced Power would not apply to AOE spells, such as Frost Barrage

  • Fixes a bug where Enhanced Power could cause Frost Nova to deal no damage

  • Fixes a bug where the Bounce ability would not show the hit if you missed

  • Fixes a bug where Fire spell’s burn damage was doubled. - TY Shaz

Mastery Changes

  • Melee:

    • Evasion: Increased duration from 10s -> 15s.

    • Instant Attack: 2H weapons do not have their damage reduced.

    • Critical Trouble changes

      • Reduced minimum damage from 100 -> 70

      • Increased maximum damage % from 20% -> 30%

    • Special Time: Increased chance to restore special from 6% -> 6.5%

  • Ranged:

    • Armor Pen: Increased armor pen by 3% @ T5

    • Tumble: Reduced cooldown by 2.5s

    • Bounce Changes

      • Chance reduced from 70% to 65% @ T5

      • Bounce damage reduction reduced from 12.5% to 10%

    • Piercing Ammo Changes

      • (OLD Damage) % chance * 1.66

      • (NEW Damage) ((18 * weapon attack speed) / 1.5) (minimum 1.5s attack speed)

      • Bleed changes

        • Bleed damage is increased by 50% if the target is moving

        • Bleed can stack up to 2 times

  • Magic:

    • Frost Nova changes

      • Decreased cooldown by 1s, reducing damage

      • Enhanced Power now applies to Frost Nova's CC.

Balance Changes

  • Agility Course Event is over - rewards reduced to 75% of the current amount. We will likely boost this amount after we get around to re-testing the earning potential.

  • Dragonsteel Daggers drop chance lowered across multiple drops

  • Increase costs for Cleansing Balm, Coca Leaves, Teleport Gates in shop

  • Decreased Artifact Rewards for Zombies, Zombies no longer drop stress-related items

  • Reward Multiplier & Stress Changes

    • In T3, reduced Reward Index accumulation speed, increased Stress

    • In T4, slightly reduced Reward Index accumulation speed

    • In T5, slightly increased Reward Index accumulation speed
