How to Play
Overview
Islands gameplay is a resource extraction and processing loop where you fish, mine, gather, cook, craft, and smelt to earn Mando's Favor through the Weekly Supply Drive.
The Core Loop:
Spend Energy β Fish, Mine, or Gather Fiber
Gather Resources β Fish, Ore, Fiber, Secondary Drops
Process β Cook Food / Smelt Bars / Craft Cloth
Cash Out β Weekly Supply Drive converts finished goods to Mando's Favor (talk to James)
Rare Drops -> You might hit certain rare drops when Fishing or Mining
NOTE: Starting the week of Feb 22nd, all refined items (Food, Bars, Cloth, etc.) are cleared weekly on Sunday at 12PM ET
Getting Started
Step 1: Purchase an Islet
Talk to Joryn in Duel Arena to purchase your Islet. During purchase, you'll choose which Island NFT to anchor to. Purchasing an Islet will cost 1,000,000 Arena Tokens (TEMPORARY).

When selecting an Island, you'll see:
Island holder name
Island Biome (determines secondary drops)
Current tax rate
Number of Islets hosted
Your Islet is your personal space to fish, mine, and store resources.
Step 2: Build a Storage Chest
Before you can interact with any resource on your Islet, you must build a Storage Chest.

GET THE MATERIALS FIRST!
Stone - Mine in Duel Arena or on your Islet
Planks - Chop Wood from cuttable trees (there's a few trees to the Southwest of the Duel Arena across the bridge, there's also a few on your Islet or the Main Island).
process Wood into Planks at the Sawmill on the Main Island
Once your Storage Chest is built, you're ready to start gathering.
Check your Map ("M" key) while on an Island to find the Stone / Ore Mines, and the Sawmill and Trees where you can chop Wood and process it into Planks at the Sawmill.
