Roadmap: The Path to Genesis
First Landing marks the beginning of a new chapter for Duel Arena.
With First Landing comes Islands, a new 24/7 progression loop where players gather, process, and cash in resources to earn season rewards (Abstract XP, Cambria Trinkets, Arena Tokens, vouchers, cosmetics, and more) that directly impact Duel Arena and the upcoming Genesis economy.
Arena Tokens is the main game currency of Duel Arena and Islands.
Islands v0 🏝️
Off the southern shores, the Archipelagos have emerged - and with them, a new way to play.
Islets (Player-owned Islands)
Islets are player-owned islands where you can fish, mine, cook, smelt, and store your goods. Every Islet must be anchored to an Island NFT (either your own, or pick one to settle on), creating a relationship between settlers and landholders.
Purchase an Islet (1M Arena Tokens or 3 Energy orbs) and choose which Island to call home
Build a Storage Chest (required to interact with resources on your Islet) - need Plank,
Fish, Mine, Gather resources from the Islet, then refine them in the buildings on the main Island
Farm various crops and collect from your herd animals (coming soon!)
To purchase an Islet, talk to Registrar Joryn in the Capital.
Note: Current Islets will be usable for the entirety of the First Landing Season + any playtests / Genesis Testnet. All Islets will be reset on release of Genesis.

Energy Orbs 🟡
To do Island Activities, you need Energy.
Energy Orbs can be purchased in game for ETH or Arena Tokens (300k AT in the shop) - each orb gives 50,000 Energy.
You can use Energy Orbs / Energy to:
Purchase an Islet (costs 3 Energy Orbs)
Gather resources on the Islet using Energy (earning vouchers and other rewards)
Refine those resources (Smithing, Crafting, Cooking) back on the main Island
Cash those resources in for Mando's Favor (⇒ Cambria Trinkets / Airdrop, Abs XP, etc.)
Energy can also be restored from Dueling or from holding Cambria Island or Founder NFTs.
Trading Items with Players ⬆️
To buy / sell items with other players using Arena Tokens, talk to Winifred in the main Duel Arena or in the Island bank on any of the Islands. You can buy various skilling ingredients, cosmetics, etc.
To get more Arena Tokens, either buy them OTC in our Discord (#otc-trading) or sell them to other players in the Trading Post (Winifred)
Weekly Supply Drive 🆙
Mandrogan is getting restless and is beginning to stockpile a huge store of supplies for his upcoming campaign to take over the Cambria mainland. He is awarding Mando's Favor to players that cash in certain items to fuel this supply drive!
How It Works
Cook Food, Smelt Bars, or Craft Cloth using resources
Cash these items in to Quartermaster James (Island)
Get varying amounts of Mando's Favor based on relative supply drive supply, Priority Bonuses for special food (changes every 12h), etc.
To view the current supply of the items, you can use the Economy Dashboard (ingame view coming soon).
Rewards ⭐
First Landing will be the final Duel Arena season before our token launch, with 1.5% of total supply allocated to Trinkets earned during the season.

Trinkets (Airdrop) - based on formula incorporating ETH wagered and weekly Mando's Favor
ETH / RON - from Dueling, Excalibur

Mando's Relics (Duel Rewards) 🎃
Mando's Relics are rare loot that drop randomly as Duel rewards, and are one of the highest Arena Token payouts ever introduced to Duel Arena. Find one, and you can instantly cash it in for a massive Arena Token haul!
The bigger your duel stake, the better your chances at higher-tier Relics. There is also a slight boosted chance to earn a Relic when the Excalibur pool is low.
